Conservative internet personality and gun rights activist Kaitlin Bennett caused quite a stir last week outside the library at the University of Central Florida.
The protests by students were not aimed at her controversial social media posts but, rather at the fact that she was not wearing a face covering on campus.
Kourt Mooney posted this video on YouTube.
The Orlando Weekly reports that many of the students called campus police to report that Bennett was on campus without a face covering.
One student telling the Weekly that she was OK with free speech, but it is not OK to disregard the mask policy which everyone else must follow.
UCF policy states a face covering of some kind is required at all times on campus.
According to the article, Bennett stood outside the John C Hitt Library for almost two hours before complying with the rules after police said she could be charged with trespassing.
They posted two statements via twitter regarding the incident.
